Some of the images in the exhibition in Siran.

This is an exhibition of prints of paintings. I'll be at the vernissage
which should be fun. Siran is about 40 minutes from Carcassonne.

The fabulous new Blackfriars Station which crosses the Thames.
It's platforms all the way over with ticket barriers at each end.
If you have an oyster card or a Travel Card then you can use
it to cross the river and get to the Tate Modern. Much quicker
than walking to the Millenium Bridge.

This is a must see exhibition. Only a few weeks
left to run.

Another picture of the island. When we got to the shore we
phoned and a boat was sent to pick us up. It's a lovely crossing.

This is the island off Cape Cod where we were staying. There's
only one house. It was all rather lovely.

Humpback Whale

Went whale watching off Cape Cod and luckily saw about
ten humpbacks. Last time we went whale watching was ten
years ago in Iceland and we saw one dolphin about sixty
kilometres from the arctic circle and it was freezing and wet.
This was much better...warm too.
