Well now, the Venice painting in the last post will never get to the Edinburgh Art Fair after all. It was purchased on Saturday by
a Danish couple and is already in Denmark, in Odense. Quite
unexpected but delightful. This is, as far as I know, the first
painting to go and live in Denmark. I have paintings all over
the world but it's always a thrill to have one somewhere new.
Ah the complicated web that life weaves. Consequently it seemed
appropriate to photograph this spiders web on the hedge
this morning.
Today I have to paint something for the Edinburgh Art fair or
I'm in trouble.
